Poker Site Pays Big on Million

A great way to wrap up 2007 is to put six figures in your bank account, and to do so while playing poker is a dream come true for some. It happed on Sunday the 30th when popular online poker site PokerStars hosted their weekly “Million” (which means there is at least a million dollars in the prize pool.) The winner would have taken home $354,000, but the top four players cut a deal and they all went home happy. Online Poker Cheat Report Done

When the Kahnawake Gaming Commission announced recently that an investigation undertaken by Gaming Associates on an online poker room was completed, the poker industry sat up to take note. Some were not expecting much as the site in question was the very entity that hired Gaming Associates to explore some much talked about cheating. Riverdogs Poker League Tournament

Free poker is coming to Roseburg, the latest spot to host a growing trend of bar league poker tournaments where the game is free to play. The game is, of course, the super popular Texas Holdem poker, which will be played on January 6th at the Jersey Lilly, and will be the first of the new games from the Riverdogs Poker League Tournament.
