From Cricket to Poker

Published by webmaster under Blog Posts

Those who think that a wicket is an innocuous object that is inexplicably sticky, probably also believe that “cricket” is a six legged creature that should be stepped on when found within the confines of the home. These people should open their minds to other sports beyond Hockey, Football, Baseball, and Basketball. For those who are familiar with the international sport of poker, they will appreciate the significance of the entrance of Shane Warne into the ranks of professional poker.

This is a painful lesson that www.888.com has just learned as well.

An ugly fact about playing poker is that a lot of the hole cards that you get dealt will be about as useful to you as the Jackson family DNA is to the world’s gene pool. In other words, there will be a lot of times when before the flop you have to make decisions with absolutely useless cards.
