Carnival Cruise Lines has announced that in addition to the regular offerings of their “Fun Ship” cruise trips gamblers will have something a little extra to look forward to, namely the 2008 “Wild Winners” tournament series. This series will consist of ten preliminary tournaments taking place on different cruises from January through October of this year. There will be slots, backgammon and poker tournaments to be played, with the winners getting a cruise trip for the final event at the end of November, to be held on the newest Carnival ship, the Carnival Splendor…
